Why does the Download Agent default to open with Adobe Reader?

When I attempt to use the Download Agent, it defaults to open with Adobe Reader and I'm unable to start the download. What application should the Download Agent open with?
Answer:
When the Download Agent launches, it needs to point to the location of the Java Web Start Launcher. If this is not pointing to the launcher file, the download will fail. Please check if the file, javaws.jar exists in the installation path and point your browser to open with the file below:
For 32-bit Java, this launcher file is located in:
C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\lib\javaws.jar or
For 64-bit Java, this launcher file is located in:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\lib\javaws.jar
If you're missing this file or suspect a corrupted Java intallation, please download the most up-to-date version of Java from www.java.com and it should create a file association automatically.
