1. Service Delivery & Execution Proof

We take pride in engineering accuracy and operational transparency:

• Screen-Recorded Execution Proof: For algorithmic tasks and simulations, we provide video verification demonstrating successful script execution and plot generation matching your specifications.
• Environment Compatibility: Code is tested against the MATLAB/Simulink release specified during order intake (e.g., R2024b, R2023b, or GNU Octave).
• Delivery Timelines: Deadlines agreed upon during the quotation phase are guaranteed. If unexpected model complexities arise, we communicate proactively via email or WhatsApp.

2. Free Revision Guarantee

We stand behind the technical accuracy of our deliverables:

• 14-Day Free Revision Window: If delivered code deviates from the original problem statement or fails provided test cases, revisions are performed free of charge within 14 days of initial delivery.
• Scope Consistency: Revisions must align with the initial problem description, data files, and rubrics provided at the time of quotation. Scope additions or new task requirements are quoted separately.

3. Academic Integrity & Reference Policy

All delivered solutions, models, and explanations are intended as model reference materials, technical tutoring aids, and simulation benchmarks to facilitate independent learning. Clients are responsible for adhering to their respective institutions' academic integrity codes and honor policies.

4. Intellectual Property & Non-Disclosure

All client materials, proprietary rubrics, and project files remain the sole property of the client. MATLAB Helpers does not publish, redistribute, or reuse custom client code for any commercial or public purpose.
